Dhaka: Police on Friday recovered a beheaded body of an unidentified man cut into eight pieces wrapped in four sacks at Jatrabari in the city.
The deceased was unidentified, aged around 30.
Witnesses said they have seen four cement sack in Nayanagar Post Office road at around 7am and informed the police.
On information, police recovered the pieces of the beheaded body from four cement sacks at Nayanagar area around 8:40am.
Police said that the man was killed at any time on Thursday night.
Identity of the known could not be known immediately.
Police also found blood stained cloths of the deceased and TK 2,950 inside the cement bags.
A case was filed with Jatrabari police station in this regard.
